We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns & Exchanges – Non-Custom Items
If you’re not completely happy with your non-custom LuvHoodie, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging (if applicable) must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to start a return:
Email us at support@luvhoodie.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Custom Orders – Final Sale
Because every customized LuvHoodie is made just for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless:

The item arrives with a manufacturing defect

The customization does not match the design you submitted

The item was damaged during shipping
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luvhoodie.com, including:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A short description of the problem
We’ll review your case promptly and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as production has not yet started.
Since custom items may enter production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luvhoodie.com if you need to cancel.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

Your order number

A photo of the item in question

A brief description of the issue
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If a return is rejected (for example, if the item is worn, damaged, or outside the return window), we’ll inform you with the reason.
