Each LuvHoodie is handmade in small batches. Some items may offer limited customization options.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for non-customized products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@luvhoodie.com within 7 days of delivery, including a description and photo of the issue.
